Please feel free to go through our website galleries to get a sense of the work we do and what we've done with past projects. Then, when you're ready, connect with us to set up your initial meeting.
At this first meeting, we'll go over your requirements, budget, wish lists and any other important criteria that will factor into the construction of your dream home.
If you have not already chosen your plans, we can recommend an architectural designer so as to incorporate your own personal vision and goals into the formal design. Preliminary designs will begin to take shape, with revisions to the designs as requested or needed.
Based upon the items raised at the initial meeting, we'll put together a proposal that will have a cost attached to it, that is easy to understand and allows you to make the most informed decision about moving forward with the build.
After the proposal has been reviewed and agreed upon, an agreement will be signed that will allow us to move forward on the project. This agreement will outline key completion dates and benchmarks.
Following the approved agreement, we will put you in contact with our team of subtrades to discuss, confirm and finalize your selections.
After gathering all the relevant paperwork and required items, we'll make a submission for a building permit. Once the permit is approved, we'll be in a position to begin work.
This part of the process deals with us excavating the land and clearing away trees as needed and/or desired and choosing the perfect location for your new home.
Now we become more than just a hole in the ground as the “skeleton” of your home begins to evolve. Your new home will visually take shape.
At this point, the emerging home will be insulated and all exterior finishes will be underway. It's to be expected that plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems will be in place by this point.
This stage sees the drywall and interior finishes completed. This is also the point where cabinets, countertops, and flooring is installed.
It's done! Your beautiful home is standing on the lot you've selected for it. We need only to complete the final occupancy inspection. And then the keys are yours!
Your happiness is our happiness. That's why it's important for us to be available to respond to any outstanding concerns or address any warranty issues that may arise.
